Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to define and execute the product vision and strategy and make sure all the endeavors are aligned with the vision and OKRs.
• Ability to manage the stakeholders and related requirements to conduct transparent and value-oriented roadmap and release plan based-on business, marketing and product milestones.
• Actively define and monitor product and business success metrics and KPIs to evaluate activities impact and improve product continuously.
• Ability to prioritize the features, and manage backlogs and roadmaps to make sure the highest-value features get delivered first.
• Ability to conduct product discovery activities along with product designers to define the right product.
• Having proper knowledge about software development, deployment and launch process.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and tools including Scrum, Kanban and etc
• Ability to assess candidate solutions in terms of customer value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
• Actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions to nurture new ideas and have a critical thinking approach.
• Familiar with UI/UX design and defining the customer journey throughout the service and in conjunction with other related products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working with stakeholders, management, and team members.
• Having proper knowledge about E-commerce and the Fintech and their related products and services.
• Having a background in programming and computer science is a big plus.
• Being self-driven with a positive attitude throughout the work to make sure that a fit product will be delivered to the business.
• Ability to present a business case or a solution to stakeholders and management in order to get approval for initiating a new project.
• Willing to share her/his knowledge with other teammates and product managers to enhance the team's overall performance.
• Having growth, result oriented, persistent and problem solver mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience in E-commerce or Fintech industry
• Working experience in end-to-end launching of new products (NPD)
• Working knowledge in marketing
• Being proactive and patient to learn new things
