Platform Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Platform Onboarding and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding process for new seller, ensuring their smooth integration into our platform. You will also develop and deliver training programs to equip sellers with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their partnership with our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional seller experiences.

Job Description:

• Verifying the accuracy of registration documents and information submitted by sellers
• Guiding sellers through the registration process and resolving potential issues
• Approving sales-related documents submitted by sellers across different product categories
• Responding to tickets and analyzing their root causes
• Providing reports on the registration funnel and the document verification process

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 1+ years’ experience in related field in ecommerce industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office "especially Excel"
