Job Description

The Business Supervisor plays a vital role in supervising daily operations, managing partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of business goals in the tourism sector. This role is to oversee and manage the tourism business unit’s day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and revenue growth, while coordinating between internal teams, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tourism operations, including packages, services, and partnerships.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel and tourism services in line with company standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, tour operators, hotels, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and collaboration agreements.
- Ensure compliance with agreed terms and service quality.
- Monitor business unit performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
- Support the development of new tourism products and services.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide input into business strategies and growth initiatives.
- Supervise and guide tourism operations staff.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and support professional development.
- Promote a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the team.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experiencs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in managing partnerships and vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of tourism operations, products, and services.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with tourism/booking systems.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of responsibility, ethics, and accountability.
