Human Capital Manager - Kerman Mall

• Support recruitment requisitions and address the responsibility to fulfill recruitment requirements/ on boarding and induction
• Contribute to the efficient delivery of HC services to employees, in cooperation with the Head Office
• Assist in coordinating training programs with internal stakeholders and other training providers as per requirements to ensure employee talent development
• Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions
• Managing employees’ contract, SSO, complementary & liability insurance
• Process the monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant and timely manner by following all internal procedures and processes as well as applicable laws and regulations

• Problem-solving skills/ Analytical skills
• Excellent listening abilities
• Bachelors in Admin or Human Resource Management is preferred
• 3 years in Human Capital Department
• 1 year in retails business is preferred
