Mission
· To collect, process, and analyze SMC operational and network performance data to drive actionable insights that support proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
· To design, automate and maintain dashboards/reports that provide clear visibility of key SMC metrics across Network, Vendor, and Enterprise-service performance, ensuring accurate monitoring and performance optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
· To develop and maintain ETL pipelines that ingest alarm, ticketing, and performance–counter data into the analytics platform, ensuring timely, consolidated data for SMC analytics.
· To create, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards that track SMC availability, SLA KPIs, ticket aging, vendor response, and enterprise–service incidents, providing stakeholders with real–time visibility into service performance.
· To analyze historical outage and trouble–ticket data to identify recurring fault patterns, quantify service impact, and recommend network or process optimizations, thereby reducing downtime and improving reliability.
· To collaborate with SMC engineers and vendors to validate anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data integrity, supporting accurate decision–making.
· To perform ad–hoc statistical analyses (trend, correlation, root–cause) on network and service metrics and present findings with actionable recommendations to SMC management, driving data–driven improvements.
· To define, monitor, and enforce data–quality and governance standards for all SMC datasets, maintaining high–quality, trustworthy data across the organization.
· To document analytical methods, data flows, and reporting logic, and to train network team members on self–service analytics tools and practices, enabling autonomous data exploration.
· To develop and maintain alerting systems that proactively notify SMC engineers and vendors of anomalies or KPI deviations, facilitating rapid response and mitigation.
Education
· B.Sc. degree in Technology Systems (Telecommunication /Electrical / Commuter / Information Technology, Computer Science), Statistics, or related
· Fluent in English
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role in telecom or large network operations
· Experience working in a medium organization
· Experience showing proficiency in SQL, Python, BI/Dashboarding tools.
