We are now seeking a Clinical Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for:
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical programs across all phases (I–IV)
Collaborating with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to ensure operational and scientific excellence
Supporting regulatory submissions and clinical documentation in alignment with ICH-GCP standards
Driving clinical strategy to advance our pipeline with quality and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
Medical degree (priority) or PharmD with clinical expertise
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory pathways
Experience working with CROs, ethics committees, and clinical teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
