About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven  Business Development Team Lead to spearhead Tapsi’s media sales business. This is not a marketing or brand promotion role for Tapsi itself — instead, you will be responsible for selling Tapsi’s advertising services and media inventory to external brands, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson with a deep understanding of digital marketing, media sales, and B2B negotiations, capable of working with top brands to maximize the value of Tapsi’s advertising platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive media sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with top brands and agencies.
  • Understand client needs and propose advertising solutions that leverage Tapsi’s media assets effectively.
  • Lead negotiations for advertising contracts, pricing, and partnerships, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for Tapsi’s advertising services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, data, and operations) to ensure client campaigns run smoothly and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Provide clients with insights and performance reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, B2B sales strategies, and competitor offerings to strengthen Tapsi’s market position.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in media sales, advertising sales, or B2B digital marketing sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign metrics, and media sales models.
  • Ability to translate marketing and advertising concepts into clear business value for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
