About the Role
We are seeking a experienced Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the marketing strategy for Digikala’s non‑inventory business line—encompassing gift cards, digital gold, and enterprise welfare programs. This role involves full ownership of marketing across these verticals, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through integrated digital campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Planning
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to gift cards, digital gold, and welfare offerings.
Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (social media, search engines, Ads) to boost awareness and adoption. - Content & Channel Management
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to craft compelling messaging and visuals.
Oversee editorial and campaign calendars, ensuring messaging consistency across channels—social, email, web, and app. - Performance Tracking & Analytics
Define KPIs and monitor performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and campaign ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing, track outcomes, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. - Budget & Execution Oversight
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI evaluation—ensuring efficient resource allocation and spending alignment.
Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders for seamless campaign execution. - Cross-Functional & Market Intelligence
Work closely with product, sales, UX, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Monitor industry trends, benchmark competitors, and surface insights to guide strategic decisions. - Leadership & Collaboration
Present performance reports and strategic plans to senior management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or non‑physical product lines.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, GA4, BI platforms, A/B testing tools).
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and storytelling skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi‑product or vertical portfolio marketing (e.g., digital products, gift cards).
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services marketing (especially digital gold).
- Exposure to managing marketing budgets and large-scale campaigns.
