Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead sales specialists and supervisors to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable growth.
- Design and implement optimal strategies for workforce and resource allocation across different regions.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct monthly feedback sessions, evaluate performance, and provide actionable solutions to improve team results.
- Engage directly in strategic negotiations with key vendors and major partners to secure high-impact contracts.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and design improvement initiatives.
- Ensure contract quality and compliance with company standards and policies.
- Regularly accompany sales representatives in the field to stay closely connected to the market and customer needs.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of proven experience in managing and developing sales teams in highly competitive industries, preferably FMCG, E-commerce, or similar sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate large teams.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and design growth strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges effectively.
