A Content Specialist is responsible for creating, and optimizing content for various digital platforms. The primary goal of this role is to attract and retain audiences by producing engaging and relevant content.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Production
- Write and deliver high-quality creative copy, including Comms, campaign slogans, advertising texts, and E-CRM communications.
- Produce complementary content such as articles, landing pages, and video scripts as needed.
- Deliver content aligned with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
Content Strategy & Optimization
- Analyze content performance and suggest optimizations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Collect and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) to optimize content strategy.
Creativity & Innovation
- Propose new content formats and creative ideas, including short-form videos, carousels, and motion graphics.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams including Partnerships, Design, Media, ECRM, and Loyalty to deliver cohesive and aligned campaigns.
