We are a fast-growing B2C tech startup seeking a hands-on data professional who can build scalable data systems while driving insights and advanced analytics. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and machine learning, giving you the opportunity to shape our entire data stack and directly influence product and business growth.

Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to ensure reliable and accessible data for the organization
● Develop and manage BI dashboards and reporting systems to empower decision-making across product, marketing, and business teams
● Perform data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities
● Conduct in-depth user behavior and business performance analysis to guide product and growth strategies
● Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as personalization, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and predictive analytics
● Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
● Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, or Data Engineering (ideally with exposure to all)
● Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical databases / data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL)
● Proficiency in Python for data analysis and ML (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
● Experience building BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar)
● Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain complex findings to non-technical teams
Nice to Have
● Ability to manage and analyze large-scale datasets, with familiarity in distributed data processing (Spark, Hadoop)
● Previous experience in a B2C tech or startup environment
● Experience in real-time analytics and streaming data (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)
● Background in product analytics and growth metrics (retention, churn, CLV, etc.)
