About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Excellence team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in interpreting data, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the performance of our operations teams. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify areas for improvement or growth in line with operational efficiency goals
• Present findings and analytical recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Design dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure data accuracy and implement robust data validation procedures
• Define metrics and analytical models to support consistency in organizational measurement
• Document data processes and analytical methodologies to improve transparency and reusability
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within operations or similar industries
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Superset, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques
• Experience in data modeling and analytical table design
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• High sense of accountability with a focus on delivering results and meeting project deadlines
• Flexibility and agility to adapt to evolving business needs
• Strong attention to detail with excellent task prioritization and organizational skills
