Job Description

Mission
To design and implement social media content and campaign plans of Enterprise Business (B2B Sector) aligned with the overall communication and marketing strategy, ensuring quality, consistency, brand visibility, and contribution to brand awareness and lead generation.
To monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommending corrective actions to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.
To identify and adopt emerging social media platforms, tools, and advertising formats in line with business targets and market trends.
To collaborate with internal teams and external agencies in planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities and paid campaigns, ensuring measurable business impact and return on investment.

Roles & Responsibilities
To plan, create, review, edit, and publish daily social media content (text, images, videos, interactive formats) that builds meaningful connections, drives engagement, and supports brand and business objectives.
To generate and update official company social media pages across all platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with corporate identity guidelines.
To monitor and moderate user-generated content in line with defined community guidelines and moderation policies, safeguarding brand reputation.
To collaborate with internal teams (Product, Promotion, Sales, CR, and EB) to prepare campaign briefs and execute social media activities aligned with marketing and communication plans.
To coordinate with creative teams, media agencies, and digital partners for campaign design, approvals, execution, and optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
To ensure integration of social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives (including offline media and SEO activities) and contribute to SEO optimization goals.
To measure, analyze, and report social media performance and ROI through analytics tools, providing insights and recommending corrective actions for improvement.
To coordinate social media budget reporting in coordination with EB budget administration, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
To liaise with the supply chain and finance for agency contract requirements, payments, and compliance with company policies.
To conduct regular benchmarking and research on social media trends, tools, competitors, and emerging platforms, applying insights to improve engagement and channel effectiveness.

Education
B.A. in Marketing, commerce or related field
MBA or master in related fields is a plus

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
Experience working in a medium organization.
Experience in digital marketing and social channels is a plus.
