Project Coordinator: Power (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities:
To recognize and define the required Power Network Expansion plan in a close collaboration with the network team
To assess the feasibility of the Power Expansion Plan by analyzing factors such as energy requirements, available power sources, infrastructure capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
To facilitate the power system design for telecom infrastructure, including power distribution and backup systems, through collaboration with engineers and power system experts.
To support identification and preparation of needed PM and reporting tools.
To coordinate with external organizations for all power-related activities of assigned projects.
To maintain full awareness of assigned Project status, progress, and plans and support the Project Manager in managing all PM tasks for the assigned Project
To continuously monitor the project to make sure each stage is progressing on time, on budget, and to the right quality standards and escalate key risks based on defined standards to the Project Manager.
To report progress on projects and key measures/KPIs to Rollout infrastructure Management based on defined templates and standards
To follow up and make sure execution of the assigned project within timelines defined via conducting different meetings with vendors/subcontractors and reviewing their progress reports.
To interact with the Project Steercom and project members to ensure project execution is not compromised
To ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks
To support PSO Department by providing the requested information and documents on the assigned project
To implement change management on the projects based on agreed standards and plan
To ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately based on NW rollout infrastructure project management policies.
To perform and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects

Job Requirements:
B.Sc. in Project Management /Electrical Engineering or related
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management; with experience in Electrical Engineering
Experience working with Electrical elements, their applications, and Permanent power Progress
