Join our fast-growing Digikala Ads team as a Senior Communications & Sales Specialist and help us shape the future of digital advertising in e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting and selling our services, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires familiarity with digital advertising and proven experience in account management.
Responsibilities:
· Understand, present and sell advertising services to new and existing clients.
· Build, develop, and sustain long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal teams (campaign performance, studio, and support) to deliver services successfully and efficiently.
· Prepare impactful presentations and tailored proposals that win client trust and drive sales.
· Manage contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
· Maintain accurate pipeline reports and deliver timely oral and written updates on sales progress, customer insights, competitor activity, and new service opportunities.
Qualifications, Competencies & Skills (KSA)
· Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in advertising agencies and/or e-commerce companies.
· Understanding of the advertising industry, particularly digital advertising.
· Strong communication and relationship management skills with both local and international clients.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
· Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
