· The FMCG Manager in Ad-Service is responsible for driving revenue growth from advertising services for FMCG brands and sellers on Digikala. This role ensures optimized execution of campaigns across awareness and sales objectives, while leading a team to deliver measurable results for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement advertising strategies for FMCG brands to achieve both awareness and sales goals.
- Manage revenue generation and ensure achievement of defined ads targets through sales of Digikala’s advertising assets and services.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution (planning, launch, optimization, reporting) with high quality and on-time delivery.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic solutions to FMCG brands and sellers; strengthen relationships and grow our partnership.
- Collaborate closely with commercial/legal/Finance/Creative/Product & tech and.., to unlock growth.
- Lead and mentor the team, set clear goals, and drive continuous improvement in workflows and outcomes.
- Commitment to brand safety and high-quality execution; alignment with Digikala’s culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills
- Solid experience in E-commerce Ads & Performance Marketing within FMCG categories, including team leadership.
- Deep understanding of FMCG consumer journeys and translation into media tactics and actionable KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with retail media platforms, campaign optimization, testing, and measurement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to design processes and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Familiarity with the advertising industry and trends and having enough creativity to design practical ads campaigns.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong connections with brands and KOLs.
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset based on data-driven decision making.
