Export Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Direct Marketing Activities for international market: Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing strategies and policies to promote products and services across export markets.
• Export Marketing Support: Collaborate with export and sales teams to develop region-specific marketing plans, support distributor requirements, and ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and cultural expectations in each target market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Consult with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to align on product availability, expected demand, and export readiness.
• Leadership & Coordination: Act as a leader and facilitator, driving alignment between trade marketing, commercial, and R&D teams to execute projects effectively.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market plans and launch/relaunch projects for each category, coordinating with international distributors and local teams.
• BTL & Trade Marketing: Define and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities in collaboration with trade marketing, ensuring maximum impact in export markets (in-store sampling, POSM deployment, events, etc.).
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results and market feedback from each export market, and provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the BDM manager.
• Social media: oversee and manage international social media platform. 
• Repot: to international Business Development Manager 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience. 
• Self-motivated, challenge-taker, and open to relearn.
• Ability to manage and steer cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills.
• Knowledge of principles and methods of product and brand management, distribution systems, product development, and project management.
• Professional in report preparation via PowerPoint and Excel
• Well-organized with an ownership mindset.
• High knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.
• High proficiency in communications in English is a MUST!
• Ideal age range: 30 to 40 years old.
