Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Specialist to support our Human Resources department. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth operations, excellent employee experience, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist with preparation and administration of HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding paperwork.
Organize and maintain digital and physical HR files according to company policy.
Process HR transactions such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, overtime).
Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+1 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR support role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Rahkaran.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
