Job Description

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Improvement Analyst to inspect and redesign processes, define business rules and KPIs, and turn data into decision-ready insights with Power BI. You’ll work across teams (PMO, Operations, and Finance) to plan, measure, and improve how work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
•         Plan, schedule, and control projects across the portfolio.
•         Evaluate project and departmental performance using clear KPIs.
•         Prepare, clean, integrate, and model organizational data.
•         Monitor project progress and proactively flag variances.
•         Produce analytical and executive dashboards/reports for stakeholders (Power BI).
•         Design and document processes, work instructions, and related forms.
•         Analyze and re-engineer processes; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
•         Define and maintain business rules, data standards, and reporting governance.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
•         Familiarity with project control tools (MS Project).
•         Hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, publishing).
•         Understanding of organizational databases, and data structures.
•         Strong business problem-solving and ability to propose implementable solutions.
•         Systems thinking and solid grasp of end-to-end organizational processes.
•         Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
•         Strong teamwork and stakeholder communication skills.
•         Experience working in multilingual environments or international companies is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Nice to Have
•         Basic SQL.
•         Process mapping with BPMN (Visio, or similar).
•         Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
