System & Method Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of document and knowledge management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address documentation and knowledge gaps.
• Design and maintain user-friendly document and knowledge repositories.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote knowledge-sharing best practices.
• Analyze knowledge usage and metrics to improve knowledge management initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of knowledge management processes with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain various documents including executive methods, SOPs, and policies.
• Support the development and implementation of documentation standards and guidelines.
• Supervise the team with strong people management skills (coaching, mentoring, performance monitoring).
• Manage day-to-day task planning, prioritization, and execution within the team.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Strong knowledge of business processes, operations, models, and organizational structures.
• Proficiency in essential software tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of international standards and frameworks such as:
• ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
• EFQM (Excellence Model)
• ITIL (IT Service Management)
• APQC (Process Classification Framework)
• ISO 31000 (Risk Management)
• ISO 27000 (Information Security Management)
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive process improvements and organizational change.
• Solid understanding of workflow and process management.
• Experience with business process modeling tools/platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and related tools is a plus.
