We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Supervisor to oversee our recruitment processes and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role is responsible for supervising the talent acquisition team, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and collaborating with business leaders to meet workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, etc.) and provide regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Enhance the employer brand through recruitment campaigns and partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
