We are looking for a Content Data Merge Freelance who will focus on merging, consolidating, and organizing product data to ensure accurate and clean content across our systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, structured, and passionate about improving data quality and content consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Merge and consolidate product data from multiple sources to maintain consistency and avoid duplicates
- Analyze content-related data, including duplicates, multi-variant entries, image quality, and product specifications
- Document processes, share insights, and propose improvements for data handling
- Identify errors and recurring patterns in product data and suggest actionable solutions
- Collaborate closely with the content and operations teams to enhance overall data accuracy
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); knowledge of Power Query is a plus
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies
- High attention to detail when reviewing large datasets
- Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Basic familiarity with SQL or BI tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in content production or management (Copywriting or Content Management)
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and improve analytical and operational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver tasks on schedule
