Job Responsibilities
•    Data Accountable for all data across company processes (Business Operations, HR, Financial)
•    Supporting managerial data-driven decision-making
•    Design & develop various KPIs & reports 
•    Design high-quality user-centric dashboards with spectacular user interface
•    Study, examine & interpret organizational databases schemas & data models (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, CRM, SharePoint & other local databases)
•    Design & develop DW & ETL
•    Identify data inconsistencies & optimize business processes based on insights
•    Monitor & ensure data security
•    Design & implement OLAP structure for analytical purposes


Requirements
•    Visualization & Reporting: Microsoft Power BI or other applications (Required)
•    Comprehension of Data Model & BI Concepts (Required)
•    TSQL & PLSQL (Required)
•     Data-Warehousing & ETL: SSIS or other applications (Required)
•    OLAP & Cube: SSAS or other applications (Optional)
•    DDL & DML (Optional)
•    Database & Query Performance Tuning (Optional)
•    Python (Optional)
•    Strong Data Literacy & Deep Data Understanding
•    Out-of-the-box approach beyond conventional boundaries, professionally & personally
•    Passion for continuous learning, exploring new topics & self-directed learning
