The Fashion Category Sales Team is responsible for managing and developing sales across different categories (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Sportswear). By analyzing sales performance, monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, and collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, the team ensures assortment optimization, effective campaign execution, and overall market share growth.
· Manage one or more subcategories within Fashion (e.g., bags, shoes, or apparel).
· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Category Manager
· Collaborate with the Buying team on stock planning and replenishment based on sales analysis.
· Track and improve stock levels, reducing OOS (Out of Stock).
· Recommend products and strategies for campaigns and promotions.
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
· Propose initiatives to improve assortment and increase brand share.
· Support and guide specialists in executing daily sales activities.
· Ensure achievement of category KPIs, including sales, profitability, and market share growth.
· At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, product/category management, or merchandising (preferably in Fashion or FMCG).
· Strong knowledge of key sales KPIs (NMV, GM, ASP, RR, Share).
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Google Data Studio, BI tools).
· Ability to plan and manage sales campaigns.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Buying, Marketing, Merchandising).
· Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing (Master’s degree is a plus).
· Familiarity with fashion market trends in Iran and globally.
· Team-oriented with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
