Job Description

The HR Trainee with a focus on Recruitment will support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative and coordinating tasks essential to the full recruitment lifecycle. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

The intern's duties will primarily revolve around the initial stages of the hiring process:

Recruitment Process Support:

Job Posting: Assist in posting, updating, and removing job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, career websites), and social media channels.
Candidate Sourcing: Help with basic candidate sourcing and headhunting efforts to build a pipeline of potential applicants.
Resume Screening: Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes against defined job requirements and qualifications.
Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary phone screenings or video calls to assess candidate fit, salary expectations, and basic qualifications.
Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/specialists, and manage interview confirmations.
Candidate Communication: Serve as a key point of contact, providing timely updates to candidates regarding the status of their applications (e.g., sending rejection or offer letters).

Onboarding & General HR:

Support the onboarding process by coordinating necessary paperwork and logistics for new hires.
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks within the HR department as needed.

Requirments 

Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of the core recruitment and staffing processes is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal staff.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail for screening resumes and managing data.
Teamwork & Initiative: A collaborative spirit and the ability to take initiative on tasks.
