About the Role
We are looking for a business-minded and agile Sales Supervisor to play a key role in expanding our market presence. This position is designed for a professional who can identify new opportunities, translate them into actionable projects, and drive sustainable partnerships. The primary mission is to acquire new corporate clients and develop long-term business collaborations.
· Design and implement sales strategies for corporate benefits solutions (Gift Cards, Corporate Lending, Digital Gold).
· Identify new markets and acquire enterprise-level clients (corporations, retail chains, startups, online platforms, etc.).
· Conduct negotiations and present tailored proposals to senior executives.
· Develop customized projects for key accounts (loyalty programs, employee benefits, incentive packages).
· Continuously monitor fintech and financial market trends, providing innovative solutions to increase market share.
· Collaborate closely with the product development team to align client needs with existing or new solutions.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and project delivery.
· Provide analytical sales reports and insights to the sales team.
· Proven experience in sales or business development within fintech, financial services, or e-commerce.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills in organizational (B2B) sales.
· Solid understanding of corporate business models (Employee Benefits, Loyalty Programs, Micro-investments).
· Ability to design commercial packages and value propositions tailored to client needs.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data analytics.
