Job Description

 

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Digikala Business ( B2B Platform of Digikala), you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven automation campaigns. You will design, implement, and optimize personalized marketing journeys across digital channels, ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing automation operations aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user and customer retention and propose creative, data-driven solutions.
  • Design and launch personalized campaigns across automation channels.
  • Develop and implement RFM segmentation (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to categorize customers (e.g., VIP, churned, new users) and design tailored campaigns for each segment.
  • Execute trigger-based scenarios such as Abandoned Cart, Welcome Series, Win-back, and Reactivation flows.
  • Collaborate with the content team to craft targeted messages for each user segment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate) and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve process efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create detailed documentation and performance reports on marketing automation campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing data management tools to generate analytical performance insights.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey and ensure all automation activities support a cohesive and engaging experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (interact, HubSpot, Braze, web Engage or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with segmentation and data interpretation.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimization.
  • Understanding of email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
