Position Overview:
The Senior Content Data Analyst leads advanced data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights that enhance content quality and performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Content teams, this role involves transforming complex data into strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimizing content strategies through a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to content performance and quality metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance strategies.
- Design and implement regular reporting processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rates (CR), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and content engagement levels.
- Develop data models and frameworks to assess content quality trends across product categories and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate to optimize data pipelines and streamline data extraction processes.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of content enrichment initiatives to measure their impact and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Monitor platform-wide trends, including seasonal and category-specific patterns, to guide content production and optimization priorities.
- Propose and validate advanced analytical methods to ensure the reliability of findings and actionable insights.
- Proactively identify new data sources and tools to improve analysis accuracy and depth.
- Act as a liaison between product and content teams, ensuring alignment between insights and actionable strategies.
- Provide a coherent and clear narrative structure for presenting data insights, ensuring stakeholders understand the "why" behind decisions.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align on priorities and mitigate execution risks through clear communication and transparent timelines.
- Conduct and oversee deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations.
- Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive analytical workflows and reporting pipelines to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Explore and prototype AI automation opportunities across business functions
- Continuously research and adopt new technologies and frameworks in the automation and AI space to improve the efficiency and impact of analytics processes
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics, user engagement analytics, and e-commerce trends.
- Ability to articulate the rationale behind analyses and respond to related questions from stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hypothesis testing and the use of statistical methods to validate findings.
- Capability to independently gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies effectively.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of mathematics and statistics applied to data analysis and decision-making.
