Strategy & Insight Expert

Job Brief

We are seeking a Strategy & Insight Expert to strengthen our Operations department by leading strategic projects, turning data into actionable insights, and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role combines data-driven analysis, OKR management, and strategic initiative execution. You will be a key partner to leadership, driving decisions that shape operational priorities and deliver measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Project Execution
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through execution and delivery.
• Define project charters, milestones, and success metrics aligned with company strategy.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.

2. Business & Data Insights
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI monitoring systems to track performance of key initiatives.
• Apply statistical and analytical models to test hypotheses, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.

3. OKR & Strategy Alignment
• Partner with leaders to define ambitious and measurable OKRs that align with the organizational strategy.
• Facilitate quarterly and annual OKR planning and cross-team alignment sessions.
• Track progress against objectives, identify blockers, and recommend adjustments to meet targets.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, or operations excellence roles.
• Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Strong skills in data analysis, dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau),Python and SQL/Excel.
• Deep understanding of OKR methodology, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in ecommerce, operations, or a fast-paced tech environment is a strong plus.
