The Image Production Coordinator plays a key role in managing the end-to-end process of product image creation, editing, and quality control.
This position focuses on coordinating photography, editing, and quality assurance teams, as well as collaborating with external partners such as freelancers and studios, to ensure that all images meet brand quality standards and organizational visual guidelines.
Reporting directly to the Team Supervisor, the coordinator is responsible for tracking and organizing workflows, while also participating in certain editing and final image review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the daily workflow of product image production and editing, including fair task allocation among team members and freelancers.
- Adjust team capacity based on project volume and ensure orders are completed within 24 hours (including recruitment, training, and management of freelancers).
- Oversee final quality control of produced images and follow up on necessary revisions until flawless delivery to internal teams or stakeholders.
- Monitor the technical performance of freelance team members and provide regular feedback and reports to the Team Supervisor.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, organized, and timely individual and team reports.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from internal teams and the customer service department.
- Support the team in documentation, periodic reporting, and coordination across teams and projects.

- Familiarity with AI-based tools related to image production and editing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (preferably in Photography, Graphic Design, Communications, Project Management, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in visual content production, photography project coordination, or managing image production teams.
