Responsibilities:
- Design, lead, and refine the overall partnership strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Build and manage relationships and decision-makers at key partner organizations.
- Lead complex negotiations and high-value contracts, ensuring win–win outcomes.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Team.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and senior leadership to integrate partnerships seamlessly into the organization’s roadmap.
- Monitor performance of partnerships through data-driven analysis and recommend optimizations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify innovative opportunities for strategic alliances.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of experience in business partnerships, corporate sales, or business development, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of leading high-value, strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital banking, or financial services ecosystems is highly desirable.
