The Marketing Business Analysis Supervisor leads data-driven initiatives within the Performance Marketing team. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, analyzing marketing performance, and monitoring KPIs to generate actionable insights that enhance strategic and operational decision-making.
The position also aims to increase team efficiency through automation of analytical workflows and development of custom tools and dashboards. Additionally, it plays a key role in advancing the analytical capabilities of the marketing team by researching and developing AI-based solutions, particularly agents powered by large language models (LLMs).
Design and implement data validation frameworks and deliver accurate reports and insights.
Define, calculate, and monitor marketing KPIs and performance objectives.
Automate data collection and integration from multiple sources to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Develop and maintain custom analytical tools, dashboards, and scripts to support marketing operations.
Conduct R&D on AI and automation technologies (including LLM-based agents) to enhance marketing performance analytics.
Strong background in marketing analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
Proficient in SQL, Python, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
Experience in process automation or AI-driven marketing is an advantage.
Effective communicator with strong teamwork and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
