Cabin crew are the face of the airline. At dot air, our cabin crew are at the heart of every flight. Whether you are just beginning your journey as an Initial Cabin Crew, bringing experience as a seasoned crew member, stepping up as a Senior Cabin Crew, or guiding others as a Cabin Crew Instructor -your role is vital. You will ensure safety, deliver warm and thoughtful service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every passenger on board. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the cabin crew team throughout the flight.
- Coordinate communication between cockpit and cabin.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service procedures.
- Handle complex situations or emergencies with sound judgment and authority.
- Monitor service quality and provide guidance to ensure consistent excellence.
- Evaluate crew performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new team members.
For Cabin Crew Instructor:
- Develop, deliver, and update training programs based on aviation standards.
- Conduct theoretical and practical instruction in safety, service, and soft skills.
- Assess trainees' performance, knowledge, and readiness for operational duties.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing coaching to new and existing crew.
Requirements:
- Max age up to 40
- Height F: 165 ≤ 175 BMI ≤24 M:170 ≤ 185 BMI ≤ 28
- overall grooming and personal hygiene:
*Skin & Hair (must have clean, healthy skin and well-groomed hair with a hairstyle acceptable to the compony)
*Tattoos & piercings (tattoos or piercings must not be visible)
*Nails (should be clean and short)
*Facial hair, for Men (Typically, long bears or unkempt stubble are not allowed, subject to compony policies)
- High school diploma (higher have advantage especially language/tourism/major/nursing/physiology graduated is preferable)
- cabin crew basic or attestations certificate.
- Resume and work experience records.
- Medical certificate
- Certificate/Doc of completion for senior cabin crew training courses.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English (other languages is an advantage .Turkish, Arabic, Armenian, Russian and etc).

- Active listening and Effective speaking.
- Should have Team work, Speech skill, Situational awareness, Stress and anger control, Hospitality, time management, problem solving, flexibility.
- Required to have the necessary knowledges Safety and emergency equipment, procure and Related Advance knowledge, Leadership, organizational behavior, Task sharing, Work load management.
- To be enough experienced as an CCM at least 3 years and 2500 Hours.
- To be enough experienced as an SCCM at least 6 months.
- Criminal background check clearance.
- Applicants for the cabin crew instructor role must possess a solid professional background in aviation and advance technical knowledge. Final selection will be specialized interview, which will assess instructional capabilities, strong communication skills and proven leadership potential.
