Job Description

-          Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations and identify and implement process 

o   Oversee sourcing, approve orders, and coordinate with inventory to maintain stock levels.

o   Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

o   Take charge of international logistics performance and manage the main hubs for our operations.

o   Lead projects with Sales, planning, and operational optimization.

o   Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for IT infrastructures and related products.

o   Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure the best products at the most competitive prices.

o   Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and managing supplier relationships effectively.

-           

o   improvements to streamline operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance.

-          Warehouse Oversight: Manage warehouse operations, focusing on inventory control, order fulfilment, and storage optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

 

-          Fleet Management: Manage fleet operations, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

o   Provide weekly updates to management on project and performance progress.

o   Analyze market trends and product costs to make informed purchasing decisions.

 

-          Collaboration: Work closely with Finance Sales and procurement, Technical, and logistics teams to understand their needs and align procurement activities with organizational goals and to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.

o   Develop and manage budgets for procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other teams effectively.

 

-          Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

o   Lead communication with external suppliers and coach multiple coordinators.

o   Strong organizational skills to manage multiple procurement tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

o    

 

-          Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of supply chain strategies that support the company's growth and investment plans.

o   Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for the company. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality service and support.
