Job Description
Contribute to Develop plans to perform NPI related Quality Control requirements.
Ensure the products are produces based on Spec and do necessary changes as when required.
Maintain a fully documented Quality System for the company except for Leaf dept.
Maintain a fully integrated quality information system related to Materials, Specifications, BOM and Trials to provide accurate and timely information to users.
Develop, establish and carry out training on quality aspects for the QA Staff and shop floor.
Ensure that all BVT policies and standards, and local regulations are followed in order to minimize the risk of accidents, occupational illnesses or environmental impairment.
Co-ordination and control of infestation procedures and reporting activities.
Implement all policies related to EHS across the QA department.
In partnership with materials procurement and production ensure all material has obtained PSC approval before using in manufacturing.
Shelf-Life Extensions (FG & Material).
Routine Supplier audit & Meetings with Suppliers on Quality Issues.
Report and Testing Preparation and Correction (Validation, Trial, MQS, Sensory).
Meetings and Alignments with NPI, SPOC and Quality Team.
Creation of new shop floor specification.
BOM Changes and maintaining the databases and BOM audit.
Material Calculations and Corrections.
Responsible for New Product Implementation, New material and Improvement Initiatives in quality department.
