Rollout Site Facilitation Manager R6 (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To drive meeting with the representatives of Governmental Organizations, Municipalities, CRA, ICT, and other Telecom Operators for Rollout & USO projects-related issues and ensure smooth operation of roll out team in the assigned region
• To solve any people protest in installing Sites in region (both FTK & USO);
• To lead negotiations government organizations and Municipalities in the assigned region to guarantee needed contracts and permission in all phases of projects.
• Following the sites contracts renews issues;
• To ensure enough alignment exists between operational, field teams, and Governmental organizations as well as sub-cons and implementation teams and resolve any issues in between.
• To get any needed Police permissions in order to site installations;
• To connect regional management SM to develop strong relationships with the ability to influence outcomes to the benefit of company.
• To interact with project members to ensure project execution is not compromised.
• To ensure all the plans are moving as per the project master charter in terms of commitments
• To liaise with regional SM to present company within the region and in meetings with Regional CRA and other Governmental representatives,
• To identify, manage and escalate risks to project scope.
• To arrange governance meetings for related Subcontractor and provide monthly MOM;
• To interface and coordinate with internal divisions, regional SM, TIC, MCI, TCI, Municipality and other organizations timely to settle project issues in regions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing telecommunications projects,
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
