
Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align market activities with business objectives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Category Brand Manager to develop and implement effective brand and digital strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Support the Category BM in innovation projects and product development from concept to launch, ensuring digital readiness and consumer-centric go-to-market plans.
· Prepare Brand Asset and Media Briefs for creative and media agencies, consolidate proposals, and drive final reviews for optimal agency selection and performance.
· Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital media (paid, owned, earned), social media, influencer collaborations, e-commerce activations, and in-store executions.
· Manage SEO and content strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.
· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual performance reports, combining brand, digital KPIs.
· Manage brand and digital marketing budgets
· Work closely with the Sales and E-commerce teams to align online/offline brand campaigns and drive incremental conversions and sales uplift.
· Stay ahead of digital trends, new platforms, and marketing technologies to enhance brand competitiveness and innovation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of FMCG marketing experience or 3 years in other industries.
· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
· Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns, with emphasis on digital media and in-store execution.
· Strong monitoring and reporting skills.
· Curiosity and learning agility.
