UI/UX Designer

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer to shape and enhance the experience of one of our core FinTech products.
This full-time position, based in Karaj, is ideal for designers passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences, who thrive in agile, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design modern, responsive web and mobile interfaces with a mobile-first approach
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma (or Adobe XD)
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design improvements
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation
• Develop and maintain a scalable Design System ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all platforms
• Identify usability pain points and propose data-driven, creative solutions
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and localization best practices (including RTL design) are met
Required Qualifications and Skills
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (experience in FinTech or SaaS is a plus)
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Miro, Zeplin, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive design
• Hands-on experience in usability testing, user journey mapping, and design validation
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams and own design decisions
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and measurable impact (required)
