Senior Front-End Developer (React)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Front-End Developer to join our fast-growing FinTech team.
This full-time, on-site position (based in Karaj) is ideal for professionals who are passionate about modern web technologies and thrive in agile, innovation-driven environments.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance, and user-centric financial web applications using React.js and Next.js, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex front-end applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR).
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI components.
• Implement reusable, modular, and maintainable code following Clean Code principles.
• Integrate securely with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow.
• Manage and optimize application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or other modern state management tools.
• Monitor and improve application performance, ensuring excellent Core Web Vitals and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote best practices within the front-end team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end or web application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and in-depth experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Experience with modern CSS techniques (SASS, CSS-in-JS, or Tailwind) and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Good understanding of web performance optimization and web security best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Exposure to the FinTech or digital financial services domain is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
• Experience with front-end testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Next Auth, i18n, and API caching strategies.
• Knowledge of Design Systems, Storybook, and component-driven development.
• Experience with Sentry, Analytics, or monitoring tools.
