Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically driven individual to join our Merchant Integration Team as a Technical Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams, as well as merchant developers, to integrate and activate DigiPay’s payment gateway and related services.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborated with merchants to implement and integrate the DigiPay payment gateway
  • Managed end-to-end activation of payment services for new merchants
  • Diagnosed and resolved technical issues related to payment transactions
  • Provided step-by-step technical guidance and API support to merchant development teams
  • Invoked and tested web services using tools such as Postman and Swagger
  • Provided technical support to users and collaborated with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Onboarded client-side developers for the implementation of required web services

 

Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with MongoDB database and basic programming
  • Ability to read and analyze logs in Kibana
  • Experience in calling web services using cURL and Postman
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL database

  • Ability to analyze tasks and provide solutions
  • Customer-oriented mindset and complaint handling skills
  • Professional collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with the payment industry (Fintech) is an advantage
