The Bizagi Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated business process solutions using the Bizagi BPM Suite. This role collaborates closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable digital workflows that improve operational performance.

Resposibilties:

• Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows using Bizagi Studio.
• Model processes, forms, data models, and business rules based on organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process needs and translate them into Bizagi implementations.
• Perform testing and debugging of developed processes in development and testing environments.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical details.
• Work closely with the IT and infrastructure teams to deploy solutions to Bizagi Server.

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
• Completion of Bizagi Academy courses or possession of a Bizagi certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of process modeling, tasks, gateways, business rules, forms, and entities.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Hands-on experience with Bizagi Studio for process design.
• Basic understanding of Bizagi Modeler for BPMN diagram creation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).
• Understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST) integrations.
• Basic JavaScript skills for form scripting
• Familiarity with C# or .NET is a plus (for advanced rules or extensions)
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into executable processes.
• Experience with other BPM tools (Camunda, Appian, Bonita, IBM BPM, etc.).
• Knowledge of RPA and Process Automation concepts.
