

Roles & Responsibilities
• To monitor IoT/M2M regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on enterprise IoT solutions and operations.
• To conduct market and technology research to identify emerging IoT trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning opportunities.
• To support the development and life cycle maintenance of the IoT/M2M product roadmap by providing analytical input and technical validation for new initiatives.
• To build and maintain detailed knowledge of IoT platforms, backend systems, and related services, contributing to solution design and integration discussions.
• To support in defining and documenting new IoT/M2M products and services in alignment with business targets and technical capabilities.
• To support the implementation of IoT/M2M solution development activities, coordinating with engineering, sales, and operational teams to ensure timely delivery.
• To identify and evaluate potential IoT solution partners and support technical assessments for compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• To participate in the end-to-end IoT/M2M product lifecycle, including business analysis, feasibility assessment, planning, testing, and deployment support.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks during solution development and implementation.
• To maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support efficient solution delivery.
• To assist in monitoring the performance and ROI of IoT/M2M services and recommend refinements for improvement.
• To analyze industry trends and translate insights into practical solution ideas and pilot projects.
• To collaborate with the B2B marketing and sales teams to support market entry plans, proposals, and customized IoT solution presentations for enterprise customers.
• To contribute to post-implementation reviews and product performance analyses to ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives.
• To prepare and maintain documentation for IoT/M2M solutions, including conceptual designs, service flows, and customer journey maps.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or IT
• Master of Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication ,Management, Commerce, or Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
• Minimum of 3years’ experience in IoT/M2M area
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with IoT/IIoT networks, platforms, and communication protocols
• Familiarity with AI and its applications in IoT solutions is a big plus
• Full stack IoT application management is big plus.
• Hardware knowledge and design experience are a plus
