We’re now looking for a Product Manager who can own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to launch and help shape the future of mobility in our region.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for rider and driver experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless product features.
- Analyze user behavior, ride data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate customer insights into clear requirements and product specifications.
- Prioritize initiatives using data-driven decision-making and impact analysis.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align product strategy with company goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, user feedback, and KPI tracking.
- Benchmark competitors (e.g. Uber, Bolt, InDriver, BlaBlaCar) and propose innovations that fit local market needs.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in mobility, logistics, transportation, or marketplace platforms.
- Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (supply–demand balance, pricing, driver incentives).
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on mobile and backend products.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret product data and define actionable insights.
- Skilled in writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
