Radio Optimization Engineer (Vendor)-Region 7&8

Mission

• To work on all optimization activities in terms of ensuring that the optimization strategies are reached through:Ensuring optimum radio network quality
• Meet license obligations in terms of radio network quality
• Maximize use of existing resources
• given the traffic offered
• Considering cost limits.
• Provide recommendations for the radio planning team
• Required New Sites/Repeater to cover Gap Area
• Required Capacity Expansion in different Technology to fulfill KPI requirement
• Suggest new solutions to cover network deficiencies.
• Suggest Site Design Change/Relocation or other requirements for which project support are needed
• To supervise MVO in concerned subregions toward valid SOW
• To optimize the radio network to have adequate capacity always operate at optimum quality and offer competitive coverage and associated products.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or related

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in radio network planning and optimization; with 2G,3G, 4G, and 5G experience and supervising others
• Experience working in a medium to organization
