

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Operations acts as a bridge between Human Resources strategy and the daily realities of the operational environment.
This role aims to enhance employee experience, improve workforce productivity, increase retention, develop field leaders, and align HR initiatives with operational business goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Analyze organizational structure, workforce capacity, and recommend optimization of charts and staffing ratios.
· Collaborate with field managers on workforce planning and capacity management.
· Participate in key operational decisions from an HR perspective (movement, promotion, rewards, and disciplinary actions).
· Design and execute Engagement & Retention programs tailored for the operational environment.
· Lead the performance evaluation process for frontline employees and supervisors
· Partner with HR teams (L&D, Total Rewards, HR Operations) to design and deliver training programs in leadership, communication, and performance skills.
· Support managers in defining and assessing employee and supervisor KPIs.
· Facilitate feedback and individual development plan (IDP) sessions.
· Contribute to career pathing and succession planning for operational roles.
· Ensure full compliance with HR policies and procedures within the operations domain.
· Generate and deliver data-driven HR reports for decision-making support.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role
· (preferably in logistics, warehouse, or retail operations).
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI (reporting level).
· Familiarity with local labor law and HR processes.
· Working knowledge of English (reading and writing).

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Within HR: Continuous collaboration with HRBP peers and HR functions (Total Rewards, OPD, HR Operations) to coordinate daily tasks and initiatives.
· With Operations Managers: Close partnership with department heads and supervisors across the organization to identify HR needs, coordinate recruitment, and follow up on personnel matters.
· With Employees: Direct communication with staff (especially new joiners) to address questions on HR processes and policies, fostering positive and supportive workplace relationships
