Job Description

We’re seeking a data-driven Senior Campaign Manager to grow our Consumer Electronics & IT categories (mobiles, audio,Smart wearables, PCs/laptops, components, , Gaming, Accessories  ). You’ll own the performance plan across paid/owned/earned channels, orchestrate launches and seasonal moments, and partner with Category, Pricing, Supply, and CRM to hit aggressive growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign planning & execution for CE & IT: roadmap by subcategory/brand (e.g., mobiles vs. IT's ), new product launches, clearance, and seasonal peaks (Back-to-School, Black Friday, Yalda, Nowruz).
  • Hit ROI targets and budgets while balancing GMV, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CTR, share of voice, and inventory turns.
  • Run and optimize performance campaigns across:
    • Ad networks & programmatic: Yektanet, Tapsell, SabaVision (incl. display, native, video, retargeting).
    • Search (brand/non-brand), PLA/feed-based campaigns where applicable.
    • Paid social and influencer/tech-review collaborations (unboxings, comparisons, creator whitelisting).
    • Affiliates, price-comparison engines, and OEM/co-op placements.
    • Owned channels: CRM journeys, email, push, SMS, in-app/on-site placements with merchandising.
  • Measure & report performance (daily/weekly/monthly) against CE & IT KPIs; deliver clear insights, cohort views (new vs. repeat), and actionable next steps.
  • Deep customer & market analysis: segment by price band/spec (e.g., chipset/RAM/storage, panel type, TWS features), identify demand gaps, and shape messaging/landing pages (comparisons, buyer guides, FAQs).
  • Cross-functional orchestration:
    • With Category/Pricing on promo mechanics, price tests, and co-op funds.
    • With Supply to align traffic with stock/lead times, avoiding stock-outs.
    • With Content/SEO for spec-rich PDPs, comparison pages, and review assets.
    • With Product/UX to improve funnels (cart, checkout, payments) and run A/B tests.
  • Creative strategy tailored to CE & IT**:** translate specs into benefits (battery, chipset, refresh rate, ANC, sensor suite, ports) and create playbooks per subcategory.
  • Maintain hygiene & scalability: naming conventions, feed quality (GTIN/attributes), audiences, UTMs, negative keywords, brand safety, frequency caps.
  • Stay current on CE & IT trends (chip cycles, flagship launches) and emerging ad tech.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years in digital/performance marketing; CE & IT or e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, display/video, retargeting, affiliates, CRM.
  • Hands-on with ad network dashboards (Yektanet, Tapsell, SabaVision) and Google Ads basics (account/campaign structure, audiences, bidding).
  • Proficient with analytics & attribution: GA4, campaign dashboards; familiarity with app attribution (e.g., Appsflyer/Adjust) is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of market research, segmentation, personas, 4P/marketing mix, funnel design, customer journey—applied to CE & IT purchase behavior.
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM, feed management, and A/B testing.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and time management skills; able to translate insights into clear actions fast.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Category, Pricing, Supply, Content, Product, and Creative.
