We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Business Performance Management Specialist to enhance our company’s overall performance and efficiency. The right candidate will have strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills, and will play a key role in driving data-based decisions and improving collaboration with partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key business indicators to evaluate company and partner performance.
- Prepare regular performance and trend reports for management and business units.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to gather insights and optimize cooperation terms.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost optimization across business units.
- Support strategic and operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Build and maintain structured databases and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Follow market trends and competitor activities to provide benchmarking insights.
- Participate in defining and tracking KPIs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives to improve overall business results.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning.
- Strong skills in data interpretation, Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
