Job Description

  • Payroll Calculation
  • To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
  • To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance.
  • To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files.
  • To ensure the timely annual delivery of employees’ contracts.
  • To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff.
  • To follow up on the probation forms of the new employees from the line managers and ensure receipt of them.


Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
  • Very good command of MS Excel.
  • Able to speak English fluently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to negotiate with suppliers effectively.
