Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, coordinate recruitment and employee activities, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications and HR announcements.

  • Coordinate HR meetings with other departments and schedule sessions for the Senior HR Manager.

  • Maintain and organize recruitment reports, records, and documentation.

  • Enter and update employee information, training programs, and HR data in the HR software system.

  • Collaborate with various departments to organize welfare programs, seminars, and corporate events.

  • Support HR communications and initiatives related to recruitment and employer branding.

  • Assist in preparing and finalizing HR-related reports and documentation.

  • Contribute to internal communications involving HR, Quality Assurance, and HSE departments.

  • Support the payroll team in calculating monthly insurance and tax deductions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (basic graphic design and visual editing).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
