About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist handles sourcing and hiring professionals, working with hiring managers to identify job openings and screening candidates. The role involves sourcing through various channels, conducting pre-screening interviews, and supporting employer branding efforts. Additionally, the specialist reports on hiring metrics and improves the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of sourcing and hiring professionals to fill positions.
- Communicate with the hiring managers to identify potential job openings and their requirements.
- Screen applicants for job compatibility by phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Source potential applicants through niche platforms, as well as identify future hiring requirements and improve job descriptions.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills.
- Work with department directors to compile a consistent list of demands.
Candidate sourcing via various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method. - Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to find out which ones are most suited to open positions.
- Support the company's reputation and its attractiveness as a career opportunity.
- Contribute in boot camps, job fairs, or any other venue in order to enforce the employer branding and find potential candidates and create a good talent pool.
- Work with KPIs, be happy with reporting, and assess the process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on influencing and persuading candidates.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools (ATS, HRM systems).
- Familiarity with recruitment processes like phone interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments.
